Social Incentives
At Palanu, we believe success goes beyond business, it’s about giving back and creating positive change. As a proud First Nations-owned company, we’re committed to initiatives that support community, culture, and country. From creating employment pathways and training opportunities to supporting local programs and sustainable practices, our social incentives are designed to make a lasting impact.
When you work with us, you’re not just partnering with a business – you’re helping to strengthen communities and build a better future.
Skip Bin Donation
with Suburban Rail Loop
We’re proud to have supported a recent Women’s Property Initiative project by donating a skip bin for a backyard blitz-style clean-up, supporting a family affected by domestic violence.
It’s more than just a service, it’s about showing up for our community. Supporting initiatives like this means helping create safe, comfortable spaces where women and families can feel proud and supported.
It’s a privilege to play a small part in supporting families who need it most.
Huge shoutout to the people who helped make this backyard blitz a reality, amazing work all around!

Traineeship
with Suburban Rail Loop
We’re proud to support career pathways in civil construction through meaningful partnerships, like our current trainee who’s completing a Certificate III in Civil Construction with SRL.
This is our first apprentice to come through the program, and we couldn’t be more excited to see their progress on site.
It’s more than just ticking boxes, it’s about investing in people, creating opportunities, and building skills that last a lifetime.
